Meet Alison

Welcome! I'm a Registered Dietitian and Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics with expertise in sports nutrition, eating disorders, and overall wellness. For more than five years, I've helped athletes, students, and individuals improve their relationship with food while reaching their performance, health, and personal goals.

As the Midwest Regional Registered Dietitian and Eat to Excel Lead with Aramark, I lead sports nutrition initiatives across collegiate campuses throughout the Midwest. My work includes individual counseling, team presentations, wellness programming, and collaboration with coaches, chefs, athletic staff, and campus partners to support student-athlete success. Previously, I served as a Sports Dietitian at Miami University and Grand Valley State University, where I worked with student-athletes on performance nutrition, eating disorders, and fueling strategies.

I also provide nutrition therapy through McCaskill Family Services, helping children, adolescents, and adults navigate eating disorders and build healthier relationships with food through compassionate, evidence-based care.

Whether your goal is improving athletic performance, building sustainable nutrition habits, supporting recovery from an eating disorder, or simply feeling more confident in your food choices, I'm here to provide practical guidance that fits your life.

Performance fueling, simplified. Let's get to work.

Nutrition Philosophy

My nutrition philosophy has changed many times over the years working as a Registered Dietitian and I always come back to these three principles. Nutrition counseling and fueling strategies are successful when they include client input, an individual approach, and is flexible day-to-day which allows you to be consistent. Consistency is key when implementing nutrition strategies to fuel your performance.
